Our communication channels are Facebook Messenger, Instagram or email. People can either self-refer or be referred by an organisation.

Discuss your needs

Describe if you have any specific needs, perhaps you have plenty of t-shirts but can’t afford a new winter coat? This information will enable us to prepare clothing best-suited to you. Everything we discuss will be completely confidential; we pride ourselves on honesty, discretion, friendliness and professionalism.

The Clothing Bank will then prepare the package(s) of clothing

Our team aim to prepare 7 days worth of clothing, made to suit you and your needs, including 7 days of new underwear.

Receive your clothes

Once your package has been prepared, we’ll get in touch to  let you know. You, or someone on your behalf, can either collect your clothing package from The Clothing Bank Cabin, or have it delivered straight to their door – whatever is easiest for you.
